We are currently receiving a high volume of support requests due to delays with couriers and Customs. It may take longer than 72 hours for us to reply. Our system will automatically send you tracking info automatically, sometimes this happens AFTER your country's Customs has scanned the package. If you have not received the tracking email then it is with Customs, please be patient.
