Note: Knots in the wood are not considered as a flaw or damage as it varies from each piece, your sign may appear different from our pictures. Sealants are coated on the wood but we advise against putting the item under direct sunlight, wind, rain or snow to avoid wear down and damage.
**IMPORTANT**
You can upload your own image to be engraved on the sign. Please make sure that the image you use has a clear outline like a logo or drawing. Full-color photos or any other type of photos cannot be accepted or engraved on the sign. If you are not sure if your image is okay to use please do contact us first before ordering.
Image requirements:
- Try to use an image with a high resolution.
- Computerized graphic, not real-life image.
- Image works best in a 3:2 or 4:3 aspect ratio else you will have to crop.
